Copy the /effect command for Mining Fatigue in Minecraft Java 26.2 and Bedrock 26.32. Default, infinite-duration, amplifier variants, and the clear command are all below.

Infinite duration (Java)

Java/effect give @p minecraft:mining_fatigue infinite
