Items

Item IDs are the internal names Minecraft uses for every item in the game registry. On Java Edition, pass them to /give @p minecraft:<id>; on Bedrock, drop the minecraft: prefix. The same IDs appear in /clear, /loot, and item component syntax for custom items.
