Gives a splash potion of Harming II using strong_harming, dealing instant damage to everything caught in the splash. It is a strong PvP throwable but note it heals undead mobs like zombies and skeletons instead of hurting them.

How to use

Open chat (T on Java, / on Bedrock).
Paste the command and press Enter.
Throw it at enemy players or living mobs for instant damage.
Do not use it against undead, which are healed by it.
