Spectate Another Entity

See through another player's or mob's eyes

Snaps your camera into another entity's point of view while you are in Spectator mode. /spectate <target> makes you spectate that target; adding a second argument makes a chosen player spectate instead of you. Run /spectate with no target to stop and return to your own free-fly view. Java Edition only.

How to use

Switch yourself to spectator with /gamemode spectator.
Open chat (T).
Paste /spectate @r (or a player/entity selector) and press Enter.
Run /spectate with no arguments to detach and free-fly again.
