Add Depth Strider III to boots to move faster underwater

Applies Depth Strider III (the vanilla maximum) to the boots you are holding, letting you walk and swim through water at close to land speed. Depth Strider is mutually exclusive with Frost Walker, so /enchant will refuse boots that already have Frost Walker. Hold the boots first.

How to use

Open chat (T on Java, / on Bedrock).
Hold the boots you want to enchant.
Run /enchant @s depth_strider 3.
Equip them and move through water near your normal walking speed.
