Enchant Armor with Protection IV
Add maximum Protection to the armor piece you are holding
✅ Verified for Java 26.2 · Bedrock 26.32 — checked June 2026Applies Protection IV (maximum level) to any armor piece in your main hand — helmet, chestplate, leggings, or boots. Protection IV reduces all damage by 16%. Run the command separately for each armor piece you want to enchant. Stacking Protection on all four pieces doesn't multiply, so you need only one high-level piece.
