Add Fire Aspect II to a held sword so hits set targets on fire

How to use
- Open chat (T on Java, / on Bedrock).
- Hold the sword you want to enchant.
- Run /enchant @s fire_aspect 2.
- Attack a mob — it catches fire on hit.
